Your information is very worthwhile. I look forward to your blogs. At this point I have a small list. I am trying different methods of increasing it.
I like your idea of working with other marketeers instead of having affiliate programs. Once my list is worthwhile I will try that.

At this point I am staying away from membership sites. I understand that they are quite a bit of work.

Great stuff Robert!! I always learn something from reading your post’s and I should leave more comments after doing it too. So……
having done that I would like to say that with so much hype out here in the http://WWW., its so nice to be able to come to site and feel like you got something of value just for the sake of sharing it.
Again, Thnx. “You serve up a mighty tasty tutorial”

Bonuses are great… But there are a lot of same o same o bonuses out there…

Especially on sites connected to traffic exchanges and speaking personally once I see one old one, I automaticaly dismiss the rest.

    New is good!

I must agree with Sean. Also there are so many Internet Marketers giving away free stuff that I have almost stopped reading those offers (free stuff). Maybe I am growing tired of just ending up on everyone’s list and their “free gift” lacking any real value. I think it’s time for a new method of promotion.
    Have a great day!

In order to build credibility in your niche, the best bonuses to offer are something that you have created yourself. Most new marketers have not yet made their own products, so sites like My Best Bonus Offer may be a way for them to get started… On the other hand, if there are tons of people offering the same bonuses, it could get redundant and turn someone off from your offer.
The best way to get those sign ups is still to build a strong relationship with your marketing list. If your people genuinely like you and you are consistently providing them with good content, then they will buy from you, regardless of the bonuses.
I’ve even had one marketer (who I respect very much) e-mail me about a huge launch and tell me not to buy from him because another marketer had a better bonus… Now talk about building a relationship with your list! he was willing to give up his commission to get me a better deal from someone else!

    Hi Robert,

I just think it’s so cool how you came up with this concept of upselling the bonuses, so COOL. ;o)

I love the idea you gave above for a bonus: creating a wordpress theme! Great idea, thanks for that one Robert!

    Hey Robert,

This is so cool, the idea of being able to mingle with the BIG GUNS bonus-wise. ;o)

    Hi, Robert…

I agree that offering a free bonus or gift is an excellent way to build your lists. I have used it in many of my ventures and it has helped immensely. Especially gifts in which I actually send them something, even if it is a sample pack. Worth every dime!

What a great blog post! I have noticed this happening more and more over the past year. It makes sense that offering a bonus would increase conversions because it adds value to the original offer.

I will subscribe to your blog. Very useful information!

I like to offer two bonuses… one that they get with the purchase and a second that they get if they submit a review or testimonial of the main product. Keep up the good work, Robert.
