Listening to experts can make you feel inadequate May 26, 2008

Despite doing this marketing online thing for 5 years it still amazes me how much I don’t know. I had the privilege of sitting in on a management meeting at the Mike Filsaime headquarters, I’m not going to divulge what was said because it was confidential, and as i say it was a privilege, but I have to say I came away with a whole lot of stuff to do on my business that I wouldn’t have thought of.

If you ever get the chance to sit down with someone like Mike and discuss this business then take it with bells on. If your an action taker, you cannot fail to make a success of your business if you take coaching from experts. I have always said you need to get out and attend seminars and workshops, I have always said you need to take advantage of any learning experience from those that day in day out make this business tick.

But after sitting in like a fly on the wall in Mikes board room, I will be shouting from the roof tops about this stuff at every opportunity…
