Hey Robert,
You know me… I tell it like it is…
Well, I gotta tell ya this about your so called “live streaming seminar”…
In one word…
Brilliant!
In fact two words…
Bravo!
I have no doubt that this trend will catch on and I’ll always give dues to where I saw it first.
I got a couple of things for ya mate…
First of all, the down side…
I couldn’t get any work done this weekend
How could I when there was so much good stuff to watch. Kind of defeated the object of remaining focussed, but that’s one bullet that was easy to swallow.
Now the good stuff…
Viral Notification time
What do I mean by this Rob?
Well, I think it would be a good idea when you start with your greetings to attendees, take a moment to remind the online viewers to send a quick message to their online buddies in Skype, MSN, Messenger etc…
I copied and pasted a generic message to all mt Skype contacts just before the conference started and got great response from them…
Not everybody is on your lists or the speakers list, so this is a great way to spread the viral efffect. You could say something along the lines of…
“Copy and paste the message in the window and send it to your online friends now”
You get my drift…
Another tip…
How about a desktop reminder message that pops up just before the conference starts? or at countdown intervals, or during the conference?
I missed the beginning twice (which really peed me off because I missed my favorite, Donna!) She’s just awesome!
Anyway…
Desktop messaging may have not caught on in the past, but for this particular reason, I thing more people would be prepared to install it for reminders… Worth a thought maybe.
During the conference, I was chatting with several of my Skype contacts in between. Everyone of them agreed that it was just fantastic to be able to sit at home and watch a live conference.
Of course you can’t beat being there in person and all the networking in the breaks, but if ya strapped for cash or for whatever other reason you can’t attend, this is an awesome alternative.
I just hope setting up such a system for free pays for itself and more. That way, I’m sure you and others will follow.
O, I’m rambling now Rob,so I’m gonna make my exit at this point. If you get a chance to read this before Donna leaves, tell her she has a raving fan here in the UK… She’s so the ball!
Ok, see ya mate and safe travels back to the UK

Hi Robert,
I cant beleive how amazing it was to attend the Dallas event… from the comfort of my own home! WOW!
I absolutely felt like I was there with you! I did the streching excercises and clapped… or felt like it (clapping)! I contacted some of the speakers. Got on their lists!
Congradulations Robert for being the first!… For offering this to us who could not be there live! I was at the live one in Seattle Julie 2006!
That was pretty amazing too… took me to the next level for sure!
Listening to the speakers live via streaming video, and being able to instantly take action was fantastic!
I Googled stuff and visiting the recommended sites…took and filed my Actionable notes… Now I have a Dallas07 file!
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Robert!

Hi Robert,
Great Show, I saw all day Friday and Sunday unfortunatly, I had to work on Saturday, but since it was so long, I got the opportunity to check out the last speaker, Gary Ambrose, who was just awsome.
It was a very informative seminar and there should be more like it, if you missed it then, no worries, I am sure there will be more in the future.
Too bad The Super Affiliate, Ewen Chia is not in America, I am sure he would have been a great addition for Affiliate Marketers.
I have been in the internet marketing field for several years, beginning with marketing my air duct cleaning service, airductcleaning.com. Which has turned up in the top position, using recently learned seo techniques. Search airductcleaning to see it in the #1 spot of over, 1200 other Duct Cleaning sites. I am not renewing my Yellow Pages ads for the next year, so I can concentrate 100% on Internet Marketing. Working 6, 8-12 hour days a week is Torture.
The Weekend before, I attended the Internet Marketing Seminar in Washington DC with Derek Gehl, of the Internet Marketing Center, I thought that was explosive. (missed photo opp,) but this event has to take the cake, I did not even have to leave the home.
The Last 3 Days were of great Value. Thanks again Robert, for the opportunity to attend.
Tellman Knudson, gave so much information I thought the Cam would be turned off.
One thing, I want to mention is there were a lot of mentions for Butterfly Marketing, Mike Filsaime must be a happy camper just from all the mentions of his name. I am sure Butterfly Marketing sales have spiked this weekend. If you do not have Butterfly Marketing, get it because it comes highly recommended.
Rich Jerk was Hillarious, and provided a few laughs. too bad he was not a speaker, I am sure he would have given lots of information.
Remember according to Scot Paton There is a Big Future in PodCasting, That is likely to be a great place to start setting up shop.
You can find me on google, just search baller marketing. I am #1 out of 215,000 sites.
Thanks,
Ken R.
p.s. I am currently working on a new site kenrolling.com its not finished and no where close to where I want it to be. I am thinking about forwarding it to a blog, that seems to be what other marketers are doing, why re-invent the wheel right.!
bye.
Baller Marketing is Comming Soon
You have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great stuff Robert.
Thank you for streaming the event and I look forward to getting my DVDs. All the speakers were great, but Gary Ambrose in particular blew me away.
I’ll see you in London next month and at the Focus seminar in the UK later this year
Thanks you so much:)
I am so happy that it was available on the internet. I live in Denmark, so seminars are not very common here, and this is a great way to help people like me ‘into the game’.
It is incredible how much I learned, and I even only saw the last 5 speakers (unfortunately). This praise is coming from a person who hates school! But this experience was just amazing! If you were my teachers, I’d even be honored to go back into a class room.
My brain is still processing all the info, but I can tell you that I am far more motivated to take action now. Thanks to all of you guys. Streaming a seminar is an amazing idea!
It really makes a huge different to see people speak, and then even live!
Hopefully I’ll see you at an event someday in the future:)

This was my first time to attend an internet marketing seminar.
I will tell you now that it is only the first of many. I was convinced this weekend that attending a live event is definitely worth the investment.
When I first saw the offer to watch the live streamed event, I felt a bit like kicking myself since I’d already paid to attend. Although I’m sure it was great to watch the event streamed online, I am definitely glad I attended in person.
The information provided by the speakers was worth every penny invested - and then some. But the real benefit, worth many times the investment, was the opportunity to meet these guys in person. If you already have a good product, these guys can give you some excellent advice on promoting it. If not, they can tell you step-by-step just what you need to do to get things off the ground.
I was suprised to find just how willing they were to share their knowledge and experience. You’ll quickly find that these guys have “been there and done that” and they know what it’s like to get things rolling. If you’re serious about starting and running a solid online business, they will tell you just how to get there.
I was told by several friends that I would be “pumped up” during the event, probably spend lots of money, and come away feeling a little overwhelmed. It’s the day after the event, and I’m still as excited as ever. I took away a wealth of information, and I now have a solid action plan. I also feel like I’ve made a few new friends - and who can’t use a few more friends?
Thanks, Robert. I look forward to seeing you next time.
I just moved my business to dallas. I am excited about networking with other internet professionals.
Robert, I want to thank you so much for inviting us to watch the seminar. I was glued to my monitor all weekend! Donna Fox is awesome, and I really learned a lot from Marc Hardy. And of course, Tellman. Wow! All the speakers were just super!
Did it make me want to come next time? Oh, hell, yes. I hope the timing is right. I’m sorry I missed you in Orlando, too. That was a wild weekend, but I’ll tell you, though the live webcasting was exciting, it’s still nothing at all like being there in person.
Still, it was a wonderful gift.
Thank you!
Hi Robert
Have to agree with all who proceeded me…. absolutely Fantastic!
I was only able to take in two or three hours due to other commitments, but even that was inspiring.
Just as many remember where they were the day JFK was murdered and the day that Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon, I would like to add another to that list
…. I will remember where I was on that memorable day when you broadcast the first live IM stream (For Free - which was far too generous by the way!)
A tough act to follow indeed, you’ve raised the bar to new heights
Hope you had a safe trip back and speak to you soon
Cheers
Simon
