Us Brits aren’t used to all this snow and rain NO TRUST ME we dont get weather like this in the UK despite what you heard.

So the U.S., midwest weather is showing its chilling affect on you, eh? I grew up near Toledo, Ohio, about 3 hours northeast from where you stayed. Be glad it wasn’t December-January in the 1970s when we used to have real winters. Now you know where to take your new grandson when he complains about the weather back home. Have you gotten any snow down inside your shoe yet? That will make you dance!
